Action, comedy, animation, drama – expect this and more from Short Shorts – a selection of European short films from eight countries that are members of EUNIC Ireland (European Union National Institutes for Culture).

Two young girls try to live up to contemporary notions of beauty. They are both different and, in fact, wonderful in their own special way, and yet neither one of them feels good about herself. Norma and her neighbour use a variety of methods in an attempt to find self-acceptance.

Devout nuns gather in a convent, but things are not as they seem. These nuns are human, and they too commit sins... Frank Ychou’s short film won the award for best short film at the Alpe d’Huez International Comedy Film Festival in 2018.
