This story attempts to subtly challenge the perception of homelessness and humanise those affected by policies pertaining to employment and housing. It is is based on the real stories of families in London and Dublin. There exists countless examples where people with jobs and seemingly stable lives have the rugs ripped from under their feet. The fictional protagonist Angela is powerless and in an increasingly precarious situation. A desperate act leads her to recount her experience and reveal the hardship of her situation."
